Just like KFC, but baked and skinless!

 2-3 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 3-4 cups milk (enough to cover chicken in a bowl)
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1 tablespoon seasoned salt (Lawry's, or Morton's Season All)
 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
 1 cup flour
 2 teaspoons paprika
 1/2 stick butter

Cut chicken breasts into strips.

Place chicken breast strips in a bowl of milk for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl or gallon sized Ziploc bag.

Cut butter into several smaller pieces and place in a 9x13 pan.

Melt butter in pre-heated oven.

Spread melted butter around the pan.

Use cooking spray, if needed, to cover any dry spots.

Shake excess milk off chicken.

Completely coat each piece of chicken with the dry seasoning mix. You can either shake each piece in the ziploc bag or coat in a bowl.

Arrange chicken on pan so they are not overlapping or touching each other.
