Baked Fried Chicken

Just like KFC, but baked and skinless!

2-3 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3-4 cups milk (enough to cover chicken in a bowl)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon seasoned salt (Lawry's, or Morton's Season All)
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 stick butter
1Cut chicken breasts into strips.
2Place chicken breast strips in a bowl of milk for 30 minutes.
4Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl or gallon sized Ziploc bag.
5Cut butter into several smaller pieces and place in a 9x13 pan.
6Melt butter in pre-heated oven.
7Spread melted butter around the pan.
8Use cooking spray, if needed, to cover any dry spots.
9Shake excess milk off chicken.
10Completely coat each piece of chicken with the dry seasoning mix. You can either shake each piece in the ziploc bag or coat in a bowl.
11Arrange chicken on pan so they are not overlapping or touching each other.
12Bake for 20 minutes, then turn each piece of chicken over.
13Cook for an additional 20 minutes or until cooked through.
